What happens when a popular news reporter is unfortunate enough to fall into Shusaku's hands? That is what you'll be finding out when you watch Nine O' Clock Woman. Unlike Shusaku however, there is only one heroine/victim here (Miki Katsuragi), and the blackmailer can actually be considered a pretty boy (see third screenshot below).

Nine O' Clock Woman is simply about the blackmailing of Miki Katsuragi and nothing else. Two half-hour episodes make up Nine O' Clock Woman, and majority of the screening time is devoted to various sexual acts -- ranging anywhere from masturbation with kinky toys to master and slave sessions. I didn't really feel sorry for Miki because she seemed to enjoy everything the blackmailer (I can't remember his name for the life of me) did to her. I was pretty pissed off when the second episode ended with a line that said "to be continued..." on the bottom of the screen. The two eps aren't much different from each other, and I didn't really see the need for another redundant extension. I don't even know if any more eps exist. I guess we'll never really find out how or if Miki ever solves her "problem".

The visuals are very crisp, clear, and vibrant. Character designs are attractive, even where the guys are concerned. My main gripes about the animation is that there are times the movements (particularly the pumping scenes) are jerky, and pubic hair makes its appearance in the form of a dark, unflattering patch located on Miki's abdomen. It looks totally out of place on Miki's otherwise perfect body. Sex is depicted very graphically. There are tons of close-ups of everyone's lower genitals. The English dubbing is tolerable at best, characterized by lame and half-hearted acting on the men's part and an annoying voice for Miki's part.

To sum it up, Nine O' Clock Woman is a nicely drawn sex-fest. If plot means nothing and sex means everything than by all means pick this one up.
