Sex Demon Queen is about two female adventurers named Kuri and Rima. Kuri is your usual straight-laced heroine, while her companion Rima would rather concentrate her energies on sexual pleasures. As it goes, these two come across a gang-rape-in-the-making when they witness a young woman being molested by several men. They rescue Sour, an innocuous young woman. In return, Sour wastes no time in showing Kuri her gratitude -- with Rima joining in to form a lesbian menage a trois. The vicious Amabire shows up a short while later, and it's pretty much one big orgy involving various monsters and beasts from then on.

Let's not even think about discussing the plot, which is the least to say, as thin as the strips of cloth covering Kuri's breasts. Some big shot demon orders his henchwoman Amabire to get something from Kuri and Rima, and she does so by setting a sex trap for them. The whole thing is like a bizarre combination of Slayers, Sailormoon, La Blue Girl, and Excel Saga crammed into half an hour's worth of video footage. As a comedy, it's so-so in the sense that there were some amusing and almost funny moments -- the keyword being almost. Sex Demon Queen however does its job as a Hentai feature with the sheer amount of hardcore sex scenes it has to offer.

The art and animation range from average to above average at best. Most of the characters look like some other anime's characters, which may have been intentional considering this show comes off as a parody of sorts. Sex is depicted very graphically and a wide variety of sexual activities are showcased -- lesbian action, tentacle rape, bestiality, masturbation, etc. Strangely though, there is no human heterosexual intercourse at any time. The English dubbing is forgettable satisfactory, meaning I don't remember being annoyed with their voices but then I also don't remember what they sound like anymore just a day after watching.

Sex Demon Queen tries to be many different things, but as it is only truly succeeds in one aspect -- being a Hentai title.
